  • Monthly Replenishments: After that, we’ll send you a fresh 30-day supply every month, ensuring your little ones never run out of their favorite healthy treats!
  • Effortless Renewal: Your subscription is set to automatically renew every 30 days, making sure the good stuff keeps coming without interruption. You’ll be charged for the product cost, plus any shipping and handling, each time your subscription renews. There are no separate subscription fees – you only pay for the amazing gummies!
  • Simple Cancellation: We get it, things change! You can cancel your subscription anytime before your next renewal date. Just shoot us an email at hello@myprimalpals.com. Please note that all subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel, we’ll send you any gummies you’ve already paid for, but we won’t issue refunds for future shipments.
  • Our Discretion: We reserve the right to pause or end your subscription if needed.

  • Delivery Time: Most orders ship within 3-5 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. While we aim for speed, please understand that unforeseen delays can sometimes occur.
  • Risk of Loss: Once your gummies leave our hands and are with the carrier, the responsibility for the package transfers to you.

If you’re not satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Here’s how it works:

  • This guarantee applies to first-time customers only
  • Refunds are limited to one (1) bottle per order, regardless of how many were purchased
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • A small processing fee may be deducted from your refund
  • You do not need to return the product

If your request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
